If a product you purchase from Grow Your Kids is not suitable for your needs or is not what you expected, please follow these three easy steps to return it for a full refund:
1. Call 1800 657 025 or email sales@growyourkids.com.au within 30 days of receiving your order to request a return authorisation. We will email or fax you a simple form and ask that you include it in the package with the product you are returning
2. Carefully repack the product and send it to the Reply Paid address specified on your return authorisation.
3. Within a maximum of 14 days from the date we receive your returned product (as long as it still in in new, saleable condition when we receive it), we will process your refund. Payment will be made using the same method you used to pay for your order (eg. credit card payments will be refunded to your credit cards, bank deposits will be refunded to your bank etc.).

We take great care to make sure we send you the right products, and that they get to you in perfect condition. However, on rare occasions, mistakes may happen! If we have made an error in order fulfilment, or the item you receive is faulty or has been damaged in transit, please advise us within 14 days of order receipt so we can give you a return authorisation. This will include a Reply Paid address so there is no cost to you for returning the goods. As soon as the incorrect items or damaged goods are received back in our warehouse we will quickly replace them. If there is likely to be any delay in sending a replacement item (due to out of stocks or supplier delays), we will quickly and clearly communicate that to you, so you know exactly what to expect and when.
